Return Policy
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only within 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, no return, exchange, or refund will be allowed under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned with original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange. Certain product categories may be non-returnable, and such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
All return or exchange requests will be processed only after the product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection. Customers will be notified via email once the returned product has been received and reviewed.
