Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellation, refund, or replacement requests may be raised for products or services purchased through the Platform.

  1. Cancellation requests are accepted only within 7 days from the date of placing the order. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, the customer may choose to refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
  2. Tuniversehub does not accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. Refunds or replacements will be provided only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or of poor quality.
  3. Any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. All such requests will be reviewed after verification and quality inspection by the seller / merchant.
  4. For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are required to contact the respective manufacturer directly for service or support.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  6. Approved replacement products will be delivered within 7–15 business days.
